My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room, although facing the patio and not what I expected for a 4-star hotel, had a water bed and came with some nice gestures like a bottle of prosecco and a late checkout. The inner courtyard was cozy but the walls were quite close. The service had a bit of attitude and was not the friendliest. The location, however, was ideal for exploring St Pauli and Hamburg. Dining was decent with some Japanese-oriented options. Facilities were average.

However, the service was lacking, with some staff being unhelpful and appearing disconnected. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, although parking was not available.
